Ningbo CCMS Industrial is a specialized manufacturer of wax casts, forged and CNC machined parts. Our ISO 9001:2000-certified casting factory has almost 25 years of experience, and can turn out 5,000 tons of casts per month. Our products are shipped all over the world, with 60 percent going to the US. In fact, our annual sales amount to over $10 million.
Utilizing Advanced Machines to Complete Your Needs
We have spectrograph testers to examine chemical composition, hardness testers and eight electrical furnaces. We also have five casting surface clearing machines, including sand blasting machines and two heat treatment machines for casting. Nineteen CNC lathes, three CNC boring and milling centers, two general milling machines, two general lathes, one grinder, 10 drilling and tapping machines, and two saws are also used. Moreover, we own various measuring devices such as vernier, digital and digital slide calipers, depth gauges, angle squares, micrometer standards, indicator dial, external and internal micrometers, granite tables, lever dial indicators, straight edges, thread and pin gauges, machining surface quality testing machines and 3-D measuring systems. These equipment enable us to work on clients' projects excellently.
